Has it really only been nine days? Impossible! I feel like you've been gone forever. The kids and I had an apple orchard fail this evening. I had everything ready when I picked up Maura from school and we headed over to have some fun at the apple orchard. Doh! Closed on Mondays. Thankfully, the kids were great sports and were happy to accept the playground as an acceptable alternative!
I thought we might have a playground fail too--we visited the bathroom as soon as we got there, then headed down to the playground. Not five minutes later, both kids told me that they needed to go #2. We trudged ALL the way back to the parking lot for another bathroom break. Thankfully, that was our last one of the evening.

We SO enjoyed chatting with you as we slid down slides and swung on swings. It's hard to believe you're in another country--you seem so close that I feel like asking you to swing by the playground on your way home from work. Don't you just love these sweet little faces?? They weren't quite as sweet about two minutes later when they were covered in PB&J, but I bet you would have kissed them all over!!
